Information you choose to provide
If you contact an AUD business by email or use a website form, you may provide your name, company, contact details, project information and message. An email enquiry is transmitted when you choose to send it. The AUD Build construction enquiry form saves information when you submit it, as explained below.
Technical information
Website hosting and security systems may process technical request information such as an IP address, browser type, time of request and the page requested. This information may be used for security, reliability, troubleshooting and aggregate website operations.
Website analytics and address suggestions
AUD Build uses Google Analytics 4 on audbuild.com to understand page visits and marketing sources. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers and may process device, browser and usage information. We configure the website tag to send page paths and recognised campaign parameters, without arbitrary URL parameters, form contents or uploaded plans. Optional enhanced measurement is disabled. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Google may process data outside Australia.
When you open the detailed AUD Build enquiry form, Google's Places address suggestions load in the project location field. Text you type into that suggestion field is sent to Google so it can return matching places. You can use the manual address or suburb option instead. The separate Google Maps directions link opens Google's website if you choose it.
How enquiries are used
Enquiries may be used to respond to your request, identify the relevant AUD business, explain the next practical step and maintain business records where appropriate. An enquiry may be referred to the relevant operating entity when that is necessary to respond, and the relevant entity remains responsible for its own legal and compliance obligations.

This website links to specialist businesses, public registers and other third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Review those policies before submitting information.
